Phoenix Blu LLC is a Virginia-based consulting firm providing Human Resources consulting, AI strategy and automation, business operations consulting, recruiting, website design, publishing support, executive support, and business administration services. Headquartered in Southern Virginia, we proudly serve clients throughout the United States and internationally through flexible remote consulting solutions.

Our clients range from startups and small businesses to established organizations looking for experienced consulting support, operational expertise, and trusted business partners.

Our mission is simple: help organizations solve problems, improve how they operate, and provide practical support that fits the way they actually work. Founded by sisters Megan Walski and Marnie McMahon, Phoenix Blu was built around the idea that talented professionals shouldn't be confined to traditional career paths or rigid service models. We wanted to create a consulting firm that values flexibility, collaboration, and honest partnerships while delivering the expertise businesses need to grow with confidence.

Megan Walski

Megan brings extensive experience across every area of Human Resources, including HR strategy, executive recruiting, employee relations, expatriate management, compliance, HR operations, organizational development, performance management, and day-to-day HR support.

She has always believed that good Human Resources should support both the business and the people behind it. Rather than offering textbook solutions, Megan enjoys working alongside clients to solve complex challenges, improve operations, and build HR programs that are practical, compliant, and designed to grow with the organization.

Marnie McMahon

Marnie has never fit neatly into a single career path—and that's exactly what led to Phoenix Blu. Her experience spans publishing production, website design, AI strategy and automation, business administration, executive operations, application development, and business operations.

She enjoys finding better ways to solve problems, streamline processes, and connect technology with everyday business operations. Whether she's designing a website, implementing AI tools, supporting a publishing project, or helping a client organize their business systems, her focus is always the same: creating practical solutions that make work easier and businesses stronger.

Naturally curious and always learning, Marnie believes that staying current with emerging technology allows Phoenix Blu to continue offering clients innovative solutions without losing sight of what matters most—people.

As sisters, Megan and Marnie have spent a lifetime learning how to collaborate, communicate, and build on one another's strengths. That trust and shared work ethic naturally became the foundation of Phoenix Blu.

Their professional backgrounds complement each other exceptionally well. Megan specializes in Human Resources, compliance, recruiting, and organizational strategy, while Marnie focuses on business operations, technology, AI automation, website design, and creative solutions.
