Our Story

Phoenix Blu LLC was founded on a simple idea: build a company that enables talented professionals to work differently, think differently, and support clients in ways that are flexible, strategic, and genuinely customized.

For founders Megan Walski and Marnie McMahon, creating Phoenix Blu was not only about business ownership  it was about building a company that aligned with both their professional strengths and personal priorities, including the ability to work remotely to support family needs while continuing to deliver high-level consulting services.

Megan’s background spans all areas of Human Resources, from expatriate management and executive-level recruiting to employee relations, operations, compliance, and day-to-day HR support. Over time, she realized her strengths were best utilized in a consulting environment where she could solve complex problems across organizations rather than remain limited to a single in-house role. Her ability to balance strategy with practical execution became one of the foundational pillars of Phoenix Blu.

Marnie brings a uniquely multifaceted background that includes publishing production, website design, AI strategy and automation, app development, business administration, and executive support. Rather than fitting neatly into one traditional position, her career evolved across multiple disciplines. Phoenix Blu became the answer to that challenge, a company intentionally built to embrace versatility, innovation, and cross-functional expertise.

Working together came naturally. As siblings, Megan and Marnie developed a collaborative dynamic long before Phoenix Blu existed. Their different skill sets complement one another, allowing Phoenix Blu to offer clients both operational structure and creative problem-solving under one roof.

Today, Phoenix Blu is designed around tailored consulting solutions that reflect who we are and how we work. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all services. Every client engagement is approached with flexibility, strategy, and an understanding that no two organizations operate the same way.
